This is your chance to tell me you want to be here. If I don't get a comment by Monday, you will be defriended from this journal. I've done multiple posts over the past week and none of you five have commented on them. It's become obvious to me lately that I want this to be an active community, not an "I read it, but I don't give you anything" community. I need feedback. That's the entire point of this place. So if there are people not giving me feedback or even telling me they're around, then they're going to get defriended. If you were going through an LJ lull or something and find out about this too late, just refriend the journal. I'll let you back in, but I will watch to see if you comment or not. Like I said, this place needs to be active or else it's pointless. So instead of getting rid of the entire journal, I'm getting rid of the inactive.
It's no offense to you. I still like you all. I just require a certain thing from this community and if you don't have the time to give it to me, then I'll defriend you. Same goes for the people who are "safe." If a couple months go by and I get no feedback, you'll be questioned, too. I'm not doing this just once. I'm going to do it fairly often. Writing takes time, so it's not like there's a post every day to keep up with. Even if you just reply to the ones with written content (not character babbling or some such), that's cool with me. So it's not a huge commitment. But it IS a commitment.
Anyways, if you want to stay, comment. If not, then either leave or don't comment and I'll end up defriending you. I will leave this entry public so you can see it if you do end up defriended and wonder why.
